Charge Air Cooler Re-Coring 

Both tanks have been removed from the faulty charge-air cooler.  As you can see, the tank on the left has a lot of "slag" left over from the plasma cutter.  The tank on the right has already been cleaned up and is now ready to be tacked in place for the beginning of the actual re-core.  Click here to see the FOURTH STEP in the recore process.
